Christmas Decorations - Bee

These gorgeous decorations are made by a fair trade, not for profit women's cooperative based in the South West of Bangladesh. The organisation was set-up to preserve traditional handicraft skills within female artisan groups.

Each Christmas decoration takes around 4hrs to make and the women are all paid a living wage (over double that of a garment worker in the Bangladeshi clothing factories), and receive additional healthcare and educational support.
